RETURN POLICIES
All returns must be placed in appropriate packaging as to protect items from shipping damage and shipped back to the address below. A note must be placed in the package with your first and last name, paypal email address in which you paid and a clear description for the reason item(s) are being returned: Garage1217 - 1217 W. Harding Ave - Coolidge, Az 8512 8

Refunds - Store credit will be given for any unused items returned to garage1217. Items must be in "new / unused" condition without exception.

Warranty Exchanges - Once you have contacted garage1217 to verify warranty of the item you purchased, you may proceed with an exchange in one of the two following manors...


- Send the item(s) in to garage1217 with a note in the package describing what you are exchanging said items for. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping and shipping of exchanged items. The customer should handle shipping details prior to returning any items for exchange to garage1217. Garage1217 will cover the cost of shipping back to a customer if the item is being exchanged for warranty purposes "except on international orders / see below".


- To receive an exchange or warranty FAST, a customer may order the new desired items from our webstore. Once Garage1217 receives your non desired or warrantied items, you will be refunded for the returned items via paypal.


- International orders "orders outside the usa" If warranty is needed on an item, return shipping is NOT covered by Garage1217 on international orders. Replacement product shipping runs a flat rate of $12.00 which must be paid prior to replacement items being shipped out.
